Join us for an Information and Guidance Session hosted by Healthwatch Essex, focused on male mental health, open conversations, and community care.
This session, we dive into the challenges that many men face—stigma, silence, and barriers to seeking help. Together, we’ll explore local mental health resources, share practical strategies for resilience, and highlight the importance of support networks and speaking up. Whether you're personally affected, supporting a loved one, or simply want to understand more, this is your chance to be part of an important, compassionate conversation.
