Whole
A space for honesty, reflection, and shared healing.
Join us for Whole, a powerful Talk and Listen session that invites you into a space of honesty, reflection, and shared healing.
Date: 13th July, 2025
Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Venue: The Minories Art Gallery, 74 High St, Colchester CO1 1UE
Part of the Fragile Strength community engagement programme, this session is inspired by the book Whole Again by Jackson MacKenzie—an exploration of how open conversations and emotional vulnerability help us reclaim our peace and rebuild after emotional pain.
This event is designed to break the silence around mental health, particularly in the lives of men who are often discouraged from expressing their struggles. Whether you want to speak or simply sit in empathetic presence, this session encourages meaningful connection, active listening, and the power of being heard.
Led in a safe, non-judgmental setting, Whole offers an inclusive space to talk about mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, masculinity, and the quiet strength found in openness.
The curated concept behind this session aligns with the broader Fragile Strength mission—to redefine vulnerability as a powerful, collective strength.
Come as you are. Stay connected. Leave feeling seen.
