Artlune Cultural Residencies
Most corporate retreats try to help you switch off. This one is designed to help you see differently.
At Artlune, we create small, carefully curated residencies where leadership teams and private groups step into a different cultural and creative environment, not as visitors, but as participants.
There is no fixed schedule or a generic workshop, but a curated high-touch experience curated around the people in the room. This experience will bring you into contact with cultural contexts and ways of thinking that are rarely accessible otherwise.

What does that experience feel like?
You arrive in Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas. The pace shifts almost immediately.
Over the next few days, you’re not ‘attending sessions’, but you’ll become part of a series of conversations, encounters, and experiences that unfold naturally.
Some moments are guided:
-
Where working closely with artists through simple but powerful creative exercises.
-
Conversations that open up new ways of thinking
Some are quieter:
-
Time to walk, reflect, and step away from constant decision-making
-
A space to process without pressure
And some come from the place itself:
-
Engaging with local cultural contexts in a way that isn’t staged or performative
This is not about stepping away; it’s about stepping into a different perspective.

Why do people choose this?
Because it does something most off-sites don’t.
It creates a shared experience that:
-
Bring people closer, without forcing it.
-
Clears mental noise rather than adding more inputs
-
Stays with you long after you return
For some, it is about leadership alignment and for others, it’s a more meaningful way to engage clients.
Often, it becomes both.

What makes this different?
This isn’t a retreat you can book online.
It’s built through:
-
Long-term relationships with cultural practitioners
-
A curatorial approach to how people, place and experiences come together
-
An understanding that not everything valuable needs to be structured.
Each residency is shaped from scratch.
Nothing is repeated in the same way twice.
Format
From £10,000 up to 5 participants
An additional £2,500 per person participation

We take on a limited number of residencies each year to keep this personal and considered.

-
Organisations looking to engage clients in a more meaningful way
Private groups interested in culture beyond the surface
