About the Role
OVERVIEW
We are inviting expressions of interest from UAE-based freelance art and design professionals to collaborate with Artlune on live art placement projects.
Selected partners will support the delivery of curated art solutions across:
• Luxury residential interiors
• Interior design studio projects
• Architecture-led developments
• Select hospitality and boutique commercial spaces
The objective is to establish a small, high-trust execution network in Dubai capable of supporting project identification, coordination, and delivery.
ROLE SCOPE
• Identifying relevant interior, architectural, or residential opportunities
• Introducing Artlune to potential clients, studios, or stakeholders
• Initiating early-stage project conversations within existing networks
• Supporting communication between Artlune and local stakeholders
• Assisting in project alignment between client requirements and curatorial proposals
• Ensuring smooth coordination during project execution
• Coordinating installation logistics within the UAE
• Liaising with installers, contractors, or site teams
• Supporting delivery timelines and on-site implementation
ABOUT YOU
This opportunity is suited for professionals with existing access to UAE-based projects or networks, including Interior designers (freelance or studio-associated), Architecture professionals or design coordinators, Art consultants or project-based advisors, Real estate or development network connectors, and Freelance spatial or experiential designers
We are specifically seeking individuals who are already active within the UAE ecosystem and can contribute through access, execution capability, or project proximity.

Dubai (primary focus)
UAE (where relevant project access exists)
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a commission-led, project-based engagement model. Partners will be compensated through:
1. Project Commission will be 5-10% Artlune’s margin per successfully executed project
2. Fixed project-based fee depending on scope and complexity, typically ranging from AED 1,500 – AED 5,000 per project
All project costs (including artwork value, logistics, and installation expenses) are structured transparently within the project budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
During active project engagement, partners will be expected to:
• Identify and introduce relevant project opportunities
• Support client-facing discussions where required
• Coordinate on-ground execution and installation logistics
• Facilitate communication between Artlune and UAE-based stakeholders
• Ensure delivery alignment across all project stages
NOT A GOOD FIT IF YOU ARE
• Seeking entry-level or exploratory industry experience
• Without access to UAE-based projects or networks
• Looking for salaried employment or fixed retainer roles
• Not currently active within interior, architectural, or art-related environments

Requirements
We are looking for experienced professionals already active within the UAE design, real estate, or creative ecosystem.
Essential Requirements
Based in Dubai or with active professional access to UAE projects
Existing network with, Interior design studios, Architecture firms, Real estate developers, and Hospitality or luxury residential projects
Demonstrated experience in project-based work (design, interiors, art, or spatial projects)
Ability to initiate and manage client-facing conversations independently
Understanding of spatial design, interiors, or art integration within built environments
Strong coordination and communication skills for project delivery
Preferred Experience
Prior involvement in art placement, interior styling, or curation projects
Existing relationships with developers, designers, or high-net-worth residential clients
Experience working in freelance or commission-based commercial environments
Ability to support on-ground execution coordination (installations, logistics, site management)

Artlune is a contemporary curatorial and art advisory platform working with emerging and mid-career South Asian artists across exhibitions, collections, and spatial art integration projects.
