India

Job Type

Commission based

Workspace

Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore

About the Role

Role Summary
We are looking for a commission-based Art Sales & Partnerships Associate to support the growth of Artlune’s art placement projects in India. This role is suited to professionals who already work with client-led projects and are looking to extend their offering through curated art integration.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop opportunities for artwork placements within corporate offices, hospitality projects, and residential interiors.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, project consultants, and direct clients.
• Initiate conversations and introduce Artlune’s services where relevant.
• Assess project viability by understanding client budget, scope of project, decision-making structure, and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Artlune team to align on artwork selection, support proposal development, facilitate communication during the sales process, and support deal progression through to closure

About You
• Professional background in interior design, architecture, art consulting, and client-facing project roles
• Demonstrated access to or experience working with ongoing design or real estate projects and client networks relevant to art placement
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to independently identify and develop opportunities

Compensation Structure
• Commission: 10% of Artlune’s margin per completed project
• Additional performance incentive per successful project: ₹2,000 – ₹15,000 (based on project size)

Earning potential depends on project scale:
• Individual placements: supplementary income
• Interior / office projects: significantly higher earnings
Typical project-based earnings can range from ₹15,000 to ₹50,000+ per project, with higher potential for larger corporate engagements.

Earning Potential
This role is designed around project-based earnings rather than individual artwork sales.
Associates working on office projects, hospitality spaces or multi-artwork placements can generate substantially higher income per engagement. High-performing associates with access to consistent projects can build a meaningful monthly income stream through multiple active projects.

Locations
We are currently prioritising partnerships in:
• Delhi
• Mumbai
• Bangalore

About the Company

Artlune is a contemporary curatorial and art advisory platform working with emerging and mid-career South Asian artists across exhibitions, collections, and spatial art integration projects.

Artlune operates at the intersection of contemporary art, interior environments, and cultural storytelling, developing projects that connect artists with collectors, architects, interior designers, and organisations.
Our practice focuses on bringing socially and culturally rooted artistic perspectives into real-world environments, including private residences, corporate offices, and design-led spaces, through carefully curated placement and advisory-led engagement.

Rather than treating art as decorative output, Artlune approaches each project as a curated dialogue between artwork, space, and narrative context. We work closely with artists and clients to ensure that every placement is conceptually aligned, materially appropriate, and contextually meaningful.

Alongside our curatorial work, we support a growing network of international collaborators through project-based advisory, exhibition development, and art placement initiatives across the UK, India, and the UAE.
