Artlune with its tagline

About Us

Artlune is an online art gallery and community-driven platform that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives rooted in South Asian heritage. We go beyond showcasing art by building opportunities for artists and communities to collaborate, making Artlune one of the few art galleries for emerging artists focused on genuine connection and collaboration.

We are deeply committed to supporting and promoting emerging contemporary artists and mid-career creators from the region, giving them a global platform to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Our journey began in 2019 when a group of artists came together over a shared struggle of not knowing how to market their work, build a portfolio, find clients, or approach traditional galleries. Once they stepped into the real world, the challenges were overwhelming, and for many, it meant giving up on being full-time artists.

What started as a personal experience soon became a shared reality for artists everywhere. The art world often felt exclusive, and meaningful social issues were rarely part of the conversation inside galleries. At Artlune, we believe art is not separate from lived experience. It is an essential part of how we see and shape the world.

That’s why we created Artlune, a digital art gallery built by artists for artists. Unlike conventional art galleries, we are a virtual space that breaks barriers and makes art inclusive and accessible to all.

Artlune was born out of a need to bridge a gap. Many South Asian artists lacked visibility and institutional support. Today, as one of the region’s online galleries, we focus on amplifying their work and connecting them with audiences worldwide.

For us, art is more than exhibitions. It is a tool for dialogue, reflection, and transformation. Through our online art gallery initiatives, community events, and creative collaborations, we are building a space where stories inspire, conversations spark, and change begins.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build a thriving space for South Asian artists to share their heritage, stories, and creativity with the world. From exhibitions and mentorship to collaboration and cultural exchange, Artlune supports emerging artists at every step of their journey.

We aim to expand the reach of South Asian art and reshape how it is experienced and understood on a global level. For us, art isn’t just visual; it is a bridge that connects people, encourages reflection, and sparks meaningful conversations.

Our Vision

We envision a future where art transcends physical walls and becomes accessible to everyone through online art galleries and digital spaces. Our vision is to bring communities together through inclusive and impactful art experiences.

Artists remain at the heart of what we do. We showcase their work, support their growth, and encourage them to experiment, collaborate, and push boundaries. Through this, we inspire new ways of thinking and use art as a force to address global challenges and create lasting change.

Artlune stands as a dynamic art gallery where tradition meets technology, and where emerging contemporary artists find not only visibility but also a voice in shaping the future of art.
