The Mental Wellbeing of Male Carers
The Mental Wellbeing of Male Carers – Information and Guidance Session
Date: 27th June 2025
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Venue: The Minories Art Gallery, 74 High St, Colchester, CO1 1UE
Come along and take part in an important Information and Guidance Session delivered by Healthwatch Essex, highlighting male carers' mental well-being. Male carers tend to encounter specific emotional and psychological pressures which can easily be missed.
This session offers a safe and welcoming environment to share and talk openly about the realities of being a carer, share stories, explore coping strategies, and connect with helpful local resources. Whether you are a carer or want to understand what it is like for male carers, this conversation is about building knowledge, resilience, and connectedness among fellow men with the same experience.
