How Rohan Hande Uses Art to Redefine Strength?
Rohan Hande’s work uses collage and photography to explore feelings that are often hard to talk about like grief, identity, and self-doubt. His art gently challenges the idea that being strong means hiding your emotions. Instead, he shows that real strength can come from being open, soft, and honest. Connected with the Fragile Strength project, his work gives space to stories that need to be seen and heard.

Tsoku Maela on Masculinity and Mental Health
Fragile Strength is about opening up conversations we don’t have often enough especially around men’s mental health. Through the powerful work of South African artist Tsoku Maela, this project looks at what it means to be vulnerable in a world that tells men to stay silent. With honest stories, emotional images, and personal experiences, it reminds us that healing begins when we speak up and that no one has to go through it alone.
